Bart Dalton has extensive experience representing clients in complex civil, criminal, and regulatory matters.
In criminal law matters, Bart defends businesses and individuals accused of environmental crimes, health care fraud, securities fraud, antitrust violations, political corruption, and other fraudulent conduct.
In civil law cases, he has obtained verdicts for both plaintiffs and defendants before juries in cases involving civil rights, false claims, wrongful death, dangerous conditions of public property, products liability, intellectual property, insurance recovery, employment discrimination, toxic tort, construction defects, trust and estate litigation, and commercial disputes, in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
